The Parliament of Mongolia approved on June 30, 2017, Law on Allowances for Mothers and Single mothers/fathers with Many Children. However, in January 2021, the Constitutional Court of Mongolia issued a conclusion that some provisions in the law are in conflict with the Constitution of Mongolia.
