Innovation to be introduced in transportation sector

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ An event themed ‘Innovation in transportation’ was held on December 15, with aims to introduce advanced technology, equipment and vehicles in transportation sector to develop creativity and to support new initiatives.
Deputy Minister of Road and Transport Development B.Tsogtgerel pointed out that new production and innovation created by private sector has important influence to tackle many pressing issues in transportation sector and he expressed readiness to cooperate closely with entities that produce products and innovation for the development of transportation sector.
A total of 32 entities participated in the event, presenting their products and services. Particularly, Altan Orshikhui Petroleum LLC has been producing diesel fuel recycling used oil since 2012 and the fuel satisfies Euro-4 standard. The company has processed 4 million liter of oil over the last period.

Also an automatic car headlights adjuster was introduced by ‘Khas system’ company. The device is ready for sale. The company installed the device in some 10 vehicles to test and the device has been working properly over two years.
Furthermore ‘U money’ smart system for public transportation payment by Ulaanbaatar Smart Card company, ticket vending machine for international and intercity buses by ‘Erdem Denvir Oyun Ukhaan’ company and sidewalk panel, produced by recycling tires by 'Mongol Rubber' company were presented at the event.
