Prime Minister visits famous writer in Korean hospital

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ During his official visit to the Republic of Korea, Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh stopped by Myongji Hospital, where State Prize Laureate, People’s Writer B.Lkhagvasuren is recovering from a surgery.
Having undergone stomach cancer surgery on January 12, the 74-year-old writer is in a good condition, and expressed his gratitude to the Prime Minister.
The Government of Mongolia donated MNT 25 million for the surgery. In addition, donations made by the Mongolian people, who respect the writer for his valuable contribution to Mongolian literature, reached MNT 100 million, making it possible to conduct the surgery.
Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh also visited Mongolian citizens being treated at the hospital.
