将实施促进羊绒产业和出口的国家纲要
蒙古国以山羊只数比中国少6倍，虽然羊绒生产和储存功能不足，但蒙古国却依然单独组成世界羊绒市场的40%。蒙古羊绒在世界上以质量占领先，但在国内对其约85％进行初步加工并出口。技术改造和流动资本投资对国内生产最终、含增值的产品是至关重要的。 政府已做出决议， 同相关机构共同实施“羊 绒纲要”，以促进羊绒产 业。蒙古国开发银行行长 查•恩赫包勒德接受采访， 就上述问题给予答复如下：

巴•巴特佐日格视察羊绒产业状况
        据食品农牧与轻工部新闻办报道，蒙古国政府已审批由食品农牧与轻工部制定并提交的“羊绒“纲领，确定反映在国家和地方预算中，以拨款。以两个阶段共4年实施“羊绒“纲领，预计将保存5500余个工作岗位，新增3600余个就业岗位，成品产量和出口量将增加5.7倍。至于上述纲领相关，食品农牧与轻工部长巴.巴特佐日格到访部分羊绒企业，考察了其运营状况。蒙古国去年共生产5413吨洗羊绒、其中有509吨精梳羊绒和91.5万件针织品。其90%为半加工绒品，而10%为最终产品。据估计，随着实施“羊绒”纲领，将共出口1980万件针织品，销售2.2-43兆蒙图的羊绒产品。

“蒙古国投资者论坛”参会人数已超200名
        国际勘探和采矿业论坛于本月4日至7日间在加拿大多伦多市举行。         今年参加“ 蒙古@ P D A C2018”即“蒙古国投资者论坛”的人数已超过了200名。 据专家们做出结论称，越来越多的投资者对蒙古投入的信心正在恢复。论坛期间还介绍，矿产勘探投资商在蒙古国仍有机会获得成效。我们正在努力将大型矿床进入经济流动，从国际市场中吸引投资和准确经营资源基金管理。由加拿大勘探采矿委员会/PDACProspectorsand DevelopersAssociation of Canada/每年举办的本次论坛会上由蒙古国矿业与重工部部长德•苏米亚巴扎尔、国家大呼拉尔促进负责任感的矿组组长阿•雯德尔等为首的代表团参会。在活动期间，德•苏米亚巴扎尔部长称，“蒙古国政府的目的是实现使老百姓平等受自然资源的效益从而实施可持续发展。为此，我们要与投资者进行长期互利共赢的合作。”

在蒙古国中央银行之托，TENKHLEG 房地产中介公司3月1 日发布2018年1 月“房价指数”。据调查结果，1月份的房屋总价格指数达1.015，比2013年1 月增长1.5％。这比上个月涨0.25％，同比上升3.53％。

腐败造成6950亿蒙图损失
       2月26日蒙古国反腐局举行了工作报告发布会。        据反腐局新闻与公关职员特•孟赫铜嘎拉嘎做通报，政府高级官员和政府机构相关官员向反腐局发送其资产与收入报告期限为2018年2月15日。在上述期间内共在40073名官员当中的40067名官员发送资产与收入报告，而在272名政府高官当中的271名已发送资产与收入报告。去年共对11115名行政部门机关官员资产与收入报告进行了审查，2017年因腐败罪行给国家造成695.46211亿蒙图损失，其中112.01118亿蒙图已被收回。2018年前两个月，共对305起腐败犯罪案件进行了刑事调查。此后，反腐局预防腐败处处长特•巴雅尔呼通报，“透明国际” 国际组织日前发布了全球清廉指数。该调研覆盖着世界180个国家，而其66%得到了50以下的分数。180个国家的平均分数为43，与去年未有改变。而蒙古国得分比去年下降2分数，后退了16位。        他还称，离岸账户持有者发送其相关信息期限为今年4月6日。国家大呼拉尔两位议员、蒙央行一位官员已发送他们关联人员2015年、2017年已销售持有的离岸公司股份信息。目前共有17名官员发送其关联人员其持有的离岸账户或企业信息。

将启动乌兰巴托至纳莱哈 公路维修工程
       据报道，以中国优惠贷款将实施嘎楚尔特路口至纳莱哈和乔尔路口20.9公里公路扩建工程，并去年腾出该公路周围所在的一些建筑和设施。据原计划，去年彻底完成腾出土地工作并准备开工，但因蒙中两国政府间谈判时间延迟而被推迟。今年准备工作已就绪，并计划在两年内完成该公路矿建工程。据预计，被铺设已60年的此公路如得到维修，乌兰巴托市堵车现象在一定程度上会得以解决。据悉，因有五个省，三个区的乘客只选着这条道路出乌兰巴托，而，造成堵车现象。

蒙古国成为满足采掘业透明度标准的 世界第二个国家
据政府新闻办报道，2017年10月菲律宾被公认为满足纳入世界51个国家的采掘业透明度行动计划标准的首个国家，蒙古国2018年2月被公认为满足该标准的世界第二个国家。据蒙古国总理工作组组长兼国家理事会秘书长巴.恩赫阿木嘎兰透露，东帝汶也成为了满足上述标准的第三个国家，是体现着亚太地区国家已成为满足采掘业透明度行动计划标准的领先国家，为使采矿业更有责任感和开放事业上取得了一定的成绩。

蒙古国矿产业占直接投资的79%
据蒙通社报道，据2017年因蒙古国受国内投资额的影响，金融账户顺差达24亿美元。 但，流动资产账户损失达9.071亿美元。在2013至2016年间以外贷款和外汇储备来弥补流动账户损失，而2017年以预期完成量融资直接投资流动。 蒙古国中央银行公布，截至去年第三季度，蒙古国外国直接投资流动量达7.02亿美元。其中，从加拿大引入的2.85亿美元和卢森堡1.55亿美元的直接投资已被登记。按行业区分，直接投资流入的79％来自于采矿业。

多数外籍公民在矿产领域工作
据蒙通社驻东方省记者报道，东方省外籍劳工人数为778，其多数在矿产业从事劳动。如，去年有7家企业申请聘请外籍劳工或专家。经过中国“XINGXING”公司相关机关申请招聘85人、“中国石油大庆”公司申请招聘805人、其它公司申请招聘46人，根据政府决议及审批东方省已有了778名外籍劳工。
