南戈壁省引进蒙古包的保温供暖新技术
据蒙通社驻南戈壁省记者报 道，南戈壁省20户家庭正在引 进蒙古包的保温供暖新技术。 “家庭兴旺之年”项目框 架内，联合国儿童基金会、瑞 士发展合作署和蒙古国南戈壁 省行政办公厅联合为该省20个 家庭引进了蒙古包的保温供暖 新技术。这是个使蒙古包既暖 和又保温的全套技术，具体包 括防水围毡、地板垫和加热器 等。 该技术有助于减少空气污 染，而且能为住蒙古包的公民创 造舒适、温暖的生活环境。据 悉，其它省份也在引进蒙古包的 保温供暖新技术。其每月消耗的 电费取决于加热的温度，通常为 7万-12万图格里克。 记者：德·米斯格苏荣

蒙古国首次进入全民防灾高度戒备状态
本报讯，11月11日深夜，蒙古国政府副总理兼国家紧急状况委员会主席亚·索德巴特尔在新闻发布会上宣布，蒙古国政府当晚21时举行非例行紧急会议，就国内出现的疫情新情况和新趋势问题进行研究讨论后，作出了将提升现行的疫情防控级别，并实施为期5天的（11月12日6时至11月17日6时）全民防灾高度戒备状态的决定。他还继续说，自11月12日起，蒙古国将进入为期5天的严厉的禁足状态，即全民防灾II级高度戒备状态。蒙古国国家专业技术部门认为，在这期间能够快速有效控制当前疫情恶化趋势。他还特别叮嘱广大民众，要严格遵守防疫规定，自觉居家不出门，并强烈建议机关单位和私营企业尽可能地为员工创造以在线网络方式居家办公的便利条件。其间，蒙古国各地食品店、超市、粮食批发市场、药店、加油站、供热厂、发电站、广电媒体、电信通信和慈善机构等服务行业照常营业。此外，除了从事食品运输业务的货运车辆以外，禁止其他客运车辆在城市间通行。在首都乌兰巴托地区，公共交通工具在市民早晚上下班期间短时间运营。 截至11日，蒙古国境内已累计出现384例新冠肺炎确诊病例，其中5例为本土接触性感染病例，包括在国家传染病研究中心工作的2名护士及在蒙古国和俄罗斯之间从事国际货物运输业务的一名货车司机的3名家属，与货车司机及其家属有过密切接触的73人已被送至国家传染病研究中心接受隔离观察和核酸检测。
