据卫生部新闻办报道，将向蒙古国患有无法治疗的先天性心脏病的100余名0-1岁婴儿和少年患者将免费进行手术。中国内蒙古心脏外科医生队和蒙古国第三中央医院心脏外科医生们联合进行义诊，筛选出需要接受手术与治疗的儿童名额并在中国北京、内蒙古自治区呼和浩特高级医院免费进行手术与治疗。
