UB to cooperate with S.Korean Jeju
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On Thursday, the head and officials of the UB City Department for Food, Trade and Services received Park Seong Yeun, Jeju city’s officer in charge of national enterprises, and Dr Young Ju from Halla University of the Republic of Korea.
The sides exchanged opinions on the two cities’ cooperation on food production and services. Jeju authorities have offered to collaborate in exchanging practices of traditional cuisines, organizing joint meetings and training and in introducing food production technologies.
Ulaanbaatar city administration accepted the offer and suggested that the cities can also cooperate in capacity building of food catering entities, and improving food security and propagandizing healthy lifestyle.
