Sub-programme approved for preventing hepatitis viruses and liver illnesses
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At its regular meeting on Monday, the cabinet approved a sub-programme on preventing hepatitis viruses, liver illnesses and mortality caused by these diseases.
Obligations were given to Ts.Oyunbaatar, the Deputy PM and acting Minister of Health and Sport; B.Bolor, the Minister of Finance; UB Mayor; and to governors of aimags to reflect necessary measures in the basic directions of social-economic development and to finance them with capitals from state and localities' budgets and international aid.
In frames of the sub-programme, people with hepatitis viruses and new cases will be registered, and a monitoring data and software of the registration will be created. Those registered will be provided with the “Havroni” medicine for curing hepatitis C virus.
