Prime Minister meets Vietnamese Vice President

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Prime Minister J.Erdenebat held official talks with Vice President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Ms Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh who is paying a visit to Mongolia on May 8, Monday.
At the beginning of the meeting, Prime Minister J.Erdenebat welcomed the Vice President into the country, and said, “Mongolia and Vietnam share a 60-year-long friendly relationship. I am confident that your visit will boost the existing levels of cooperation, mutual understanding and traditional relations between the two countries”.
For her part, Ms Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh expressed her delight at witnessing Mongolia’s growth in person. “I have no doubt that Mongolia can move forward, elevating its reputation on the international platform”, she said, expressing gratitude towards the Mongolian people for their warm reception.
Sides discussed bilateral ties in political, economic and social spheres. The meeting proceeded with the signing of a MoU between the Mongolian Ministry of Labor and Social Protection and the Vietnamese Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. The memorandum will cover cooperation in mutual acknowledgement of legal documents in effect and intensifying student exchange.
