Government organizations of Kazakhstan to be decorated with Mongolian carpets

Mongolian carpet made from pure natural wool by the country’s leading carpet manufacturer ‘Erdenet Carpet’ will adorn the Government House and administrative headquarters of Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan, which occupies an honorable position among international carpet manufacturers, has made an order of 2600 square meter carpet to the Erdenet Carpet Company for the reception halls of its administration houses.
Erdenet Carpet Production and Trade Company, one of the biggest national enterprises, has been in constant operation since 1981. The company has produced a total of 23.3 million square meter carpets for 36 years. Today, Erdenet Carpet Company’s output solely account for 91.3 per cent of the total carpet production of Mongolia.
In recent years, ‘Made in Mongolia-pure natural product’ is widely preferred by customers as the use of wool carpets grows and global interest to Mongolia, the country with great ancient history and traditional nomadic culture and husbandry, has been increasing.
