Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Representatives the Democratic Party led by party's Chairman, MP S.Erdene are paying a working visit to Washington,D.C, USA at the invitation of the International Republican Institute (IRI).
The visit began with an official meeting with Daniel Twining, the President of IRI on February 5. At the meeting the sides exchanged views on deepening collaboration between Democratic Party and IRI and activating participation and engagement of Mongolia in strengthening democracy at the regional level.
The same day, the DP delegation met with Bob Paduchik, Co-Chairman of the Republication National Committee. They shared views on consolidating cooperation between political parties and hosting joint events for backing the Democratic Party’s reform policy, sharing experiences and carrying out information and training activities.
”Mongolia is a country which is striving for realizing democratic system in its true sense on its vast territory in Central and North East Asia,” stressed Bob Paduchik in his speech.
