Development Bank invested MNT 700 billion in energy sector

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Development Bank of Mongolia has granted about MNT 1 trillion fundings to more than 1600 projects and programs through domestic commercial banks in the past period. Particularly, over MNT 700 billion investment was made in 50 projects and activities covering energy sector.
Developing trilateral cooperation in a way of prividing soft term financial resources to project implementers through commercial banks makes it possible to ensure keep risk and benefit level due, said officials.
