GIZ seeks possibility to introduce European storage standard in Mongolia

Selenge /MONTSAME/ To support local crop farmers, Selenge aimag is cooperating with the project Sustainable Tourism of Mongolia, Inclusive Economy implemented by German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), introducing and implementing many good experiences. On May 31, Deputy Governor of Selenge aimag J.Saintsog, head of the Governor’s office of Selenge aimag received GIZ expert, specialized in storage Ingolf Mayer. 
 
Expert Ingolf Mayer met vegetable and fruit farmers from Bayangol, Khushaat, Shaamar and Sukhbaatar soums of Selenge aimag, got familiarized with current state of storages and gave advices to farmers.

His visit to Selenge aimag specifically aimed at seeking possibility to introduce European standard in Mongolia scientifically, getting familiarized with the development of crop storages in Mongolia and giving advices to farmers.
