Deputy Speaker meets China’s National People's Congress delegates

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Deputy Speaker of Parliament Ya.Sanjmyatav met delegates of National People’s Congress of People's Republic of China, led by Liu Qian, Vice Chairman of Education, Science, Culture and Health Committee of the Congress, exchanging views on bilateral relations and cooperation.
Deputy Speaker Ya.Sanjmyatav thanked to the delegates for giving significance to the forum of Asia-Pacific parliamentarians themed ‘Strengthening the Capacity of Parliamentarians for the Achievement of SDGs’ attending with broad composition of the delegation and noted strengthening friendly and mutually beneficial relations with China is a priority of our country’s foreign policy.
In response, Mr.Liu Qian highlighted the importance of cooperation in spheres of education, science, culture and health to strengthen bilateral friendly relations and asked the Deputy Speaker to support and expand cooperation of inter-parliamentary groups and standing committees. He also invited the Deputy Speaker to pay a visit to China at his convenience.
