Twin memory athletes receive Guinness World Records certificate

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Adult world memory champions, International Grand Masters and athletes of the Mongolian Intellectual Academy – twins N.Munkhsur and N.Enkhshur received the Guinness World Records certificate, reported on June 26.
Twin memory athletes set new world records in the 2017 World Memory Championship with a prize fund of USD 100,000, held on December 5-9, 2017 in Shenzhen city, China.
Specifically, memory athlete N.Enkhshur has set a new world record memorizing 5445 digits in 30 minutes while N.Munkhshur memorized 5325 digits, breaking the previous world record set by the Swedish memory athlete who memorized 5040 digits in 30 minutes.
Twin athletes are currently studying in the Chinese language preparation course of the Peking University. About their accomplishments, President of Mongolian Intellectual Academy Kh. Khatanbaatar posted on his Facebook page that N.Munkhshur is memorizing 80 Chinese characters in four minutes and excelling in Chinese.
