100th birth anniversary of People’s Artist G.Gombosuren celebrated

Tuv /MONTSAME/ Dedicated to the 100th birth anniversary of Hero of Labor of Mongolia, State Prize Laureate and People’s Artist G.Gombosuren, an exhibition ‘Life and Work’ opened at the Museum of Tuv aimag on July 11.
From the exhibition, visitors are able to watch over 50 exhibits, which depict life and artistic career of G.Gombosuren and his characters remained in the hearts of Mongolians.
Tuv aimag is celebrating the 2227th anniversary of the Mongolian Statehood, the 812th anniversary of the Great Mongol Empire, the 97th anniversary of the Mongolian People’s Revolution together with the 100th birth anniversary of People’s Artist G.Gombosuren.
Opening ceremony was held with participation of Chairman of the Citizen’s Representative Meeting of Tuv aimag Ts.Enkhbat, Governor of Tuv aimag J.Batjargal, Chairwoman of the Governor’s Office Ch.Sarangerel, Director of the Museum of Tuv aimag B.Sunkhbaatar, and G.Gombosuren’s ancestors and relatives, and local people.
