‘Altaic People’ international conference running in Ulaanbaatar

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ Over 200 scholars, linguists and researchers from 14 countries, including Mongolia, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Japan, China and the USA gathered in Ulaanbaatar for 7th ‘Altaic People’ International Scientific Conference.
During the conference kicked off on August 6, participants are discussing a wide range of issues regarding the study of languages of the Altaic people, their history, traditions, culture, oral literature, legal status, religion, history as well as others.
The conference will conclude on August 10.
