Hanns Seidel Foundation officials working in MongoliaSociety
Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Representatives led by Willi Lange, Head of the Northeast and Central Asian Department of the Hanns Seidel Foundation of Germany is working in Mongolia on May 12-23 to evaluate its activities and define 2019-2021 cooperation directions.
During the visit, Mr.Willi Lange met with authorities of the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs, School of Law of the National University of Mongolia and other partner organizations, exchanging views on further cooperation. They touched the issue of improving business legislations of Mongolia to satisfy modern requirements.
The Hanns Seidel Foundation established an agreement with the Government of Mongolia in 1995 and has been implementing projects and programs in legal and administration spheres. Within the three year- projects, the Foundation provides consultation and advices on developing criminal and administrative law drafts and improving the laws as well as it collaborates in retraining lawyers and promoting laws.
