Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ Twenty seven MPs including D.Khayankhyarvaa submitted a proposal objecting to the Cabinet dismissal, to Parliament Speaker M.Enkhbold on November 19.

MP D.Khayankhyarvaa told press, “We are state servants responsible for making the statehood stable and improving livelihood. However, we apology to the people for submitting the proposal for dismissal of the Cabinet headed by U.Khurelsukh, chairman of Mongolian People’s Party. The sole interest we must have is Mongolia. There are some clear grounds to dissolve the Cabinet. For instance, the Prime Minister is defending the recent matter surrounding SME Development Fund’s loans which were allegedly issued to high-level officials at very discounted terms by abusing their positions. At the plenary meeting of Parliament and other meetings and gatherings, the PM also expressed that it would be impossible to work within the Constitution and acted irresponsible, such as instigating people for demonstration. On the other side, the Prime Minister is incapable to take legal actions on the Ministers who sold license to a foreigner and transferred budget money to close relatives. In addition, the Government has not taken substantial steps on taking legal actions on those who hid their money in offshore zones and bringing the money back to home country. Besides it does not work for resolving the issues that a public servant was beaten to death at the office and foreign intelligence organization attempted to abduct a person on the Mongolian territory. These are the grounds to dissolve existing Cabinet.”
