Halal meat processing plant inaugurated in Ulgii city

Bayan-Ulgii /MONTSAME/ The Azat LLC of Bayan-Ulgii aimag opened a halal meat processing
plant in Ulgii city of the aimag on November 27.
The plant
has a daily capacity of slaughtering 200 large cattle and 800 small cattle or sheep and goats as
well as producing 15 tons of boneless meat, five tons of cooked meat and five tons of by product. The plant creates more
than 60 jobs.
According to
CEO of Azat LLC Kh.Berdmurat, the company has recently started exporting the processed meat to Vietnam and the next countries to receive their products
will be China and Russia.
Azat LLC has also been exporting green tea and animal feed to China since 2017, planting them in Sagsai soum.
