Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. At the invitation of the Hanns Seidel Foundation, representatives of the trial court judges for administrative cases visited Germany.

The administrative law judges became acquainted with the decision making process and the types of decisions that are made at some of the government administrative organizations in Berlin, Munich, Starnberg and Freiberg, and learned about their methods to decide a case at trial and appeal courts. As majority of the administrative cases in Mongolia are related to permits for buildings and mining, the representatives prioritized learning about the process of decision making in relation with those kind of cases in German government administrative organizations and administrative courts.

The Hanns Seidel Foundation has been regularly organizing visits for administrative law judges to learn about the experience in Germany since 2004.
