‘Psychological management 2019’ forum takes place

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ National Psychology Center in collaboration with NCP & Mandal LLC organized the ‘Psychological management 2019’ forum and exhibition on April 4. The event highlighted the growing demand for psychological services and counseling. Exhibition of latest personal and organizational psychology methods and technology, four general lectures and panel discussions were held at the forum.
Psychologist of the NCP & Mandal LLC B.Mandukhai noted that in the recent years demand for psychological services among both individuals and organizations in our country has increased. It is remarkable that the firm opinion that only people with health issues get psychological counseling has been disproved.
“With the aims to introduce psychological management technologies to the human resource development of organizations, our company has been providing counseling services since 2014. For the last six years, we have developed the ‘Organizational psychological management’ technology based on psychological exercises, counseling notes and training research data of about 7000 employees of more than 60 organizations,” she noted.
In addition to professional psychologists and psychiatrists, representatives of various sectors shared their experiences on psychological management during the panel discussions. Moreover, a number of products and services for employees, managers and human resource specialists including guides, calendars, planners and counseling were displayed at the exhibition.
