Turkish artist’s works to be displayed

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Turkey, the exhibition of Turkish artist Akin Ekici will be displayed under the auspices of the Turkish Foreign Ministry and the Embassy of Turkey in Mongolia.
‘Stories from a Traveler to a Traveler’
exhibition by Akin Ekici will open on June 5 at the Mongolian National Modern
Art Gallery. The exhibition will feature a total of 50 works, each representing
every year of diplomatic relations between the countries.
Akin Ekici is a lawyer, who started
his painting career in 2009. Pursuing his passion, the artist improved his
skills under the guidance of professor Devrim Erbil and attended painting
courses at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. Akin Ekici has presented five
solo exhibitions in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, and a number of joint
exhibitions as well.
The exhibition at the Mongolian
National Modern Art Gallery will run till June 11.
