E.Tsendbaatar wins quarterfinal match at World Boxing Championship

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. The 2019 AIBA World Boxing Championship is currently taking place in Ekaterinburg between September 8 and 21. 


Continuously winning his matches in the 57kg weight class, IM E.Tsendbaatar reached the quarter finals of the world championship and has won his match against boxing athlete of Ireland Kurt Walker by 5:0 (30-27, 29-28, 29-28, 30-27, 30-27). With this win, he qualifies for the bronze medal. In his previous matches, he faced off against boxers of Kyrgyzstan and Hungary.
