Mobile Hospital started travellingSociety
Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The first two trains of ‘Mobile Hospital’, which was founded with donation of community of the Ulaanbaatar Railway joint stock company departed from Ulaanbaatar city yesterday.
Fully equipped with up to date electrical apparatus, ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus and treatment devices, the two trains will allow railroaders, their families and local people, who are living along railway stations, to be involved in medical preventative check-ups. Medical assistance and services will be provided firstly to citizens living in the largest railway stations and junctions along south railways.
Further, administration of the Ulaanbaatar Railway JSC will fully furnish four more trains to establish ‘Mobile hospital’ in partnership with the Ministry of Health. These four trains will be equipped with necessary hospital equipment and devices to be used in ear, nose, throat, eye, dental, therapeutic, neurological and surgical examinations and treatments.
The ‘Mobile Hospital’ will allow more than 15 thousand railroaders, their families and local citizens who are living along over 1800 km long railroad of Ulaanbaatar Railway to receive medical aid and services promptly.
