Uvurkhangai youth to work in Japan for training

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Mongolia’s Honored Athlete, the 68th Grand Champion of Japanese professional sumo wrestling Asashoryu D.Dagvadorj is implementing ‘New Uvurkhangai’ project and intends to train 26 Mongolian women in Japan in the first turn.
Aiming to contribute to the
development of Uvurkhangai aimag, the project in partnership with Japan will
dispatch 1000 young people from Uvurkhangai aimag for training at companies in
Tokyo, Hiroshima, Osaka and Saitama in the next five years.
As a start of the project,
the first selection was organized on July 23 in Kharkhorin soum of the aimag.
As a result, selected 10 people, who will be trained at Food Distribution
Company in Saitama, are now attending the language course and will leave for
Japan on January 18, 2020.
The next selection will be
held on November 9 in Khujirt soum of Uvurkhangai aimag to select 16 women who
will get trained at food processing factory for three years.
