Parliament approves appointment of heads of some diplomatic missions abroad
PoliticsUlaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ During today’s plenary meeting of the Mongolian Parliament, MPs discussed a proposal of President Kh.Battulga for consultations on recalling and appointment of heads of some diplomatic missions abroad. After the discussion, a voting was conducted per nominee, which resulted that the majority of the MPs voted to approve appointments of Ambassadors of Mongolia to five foreign countries and Permanent Representative of Mongolia to the United Nations.
With the approval, D.Davaa was appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary
and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Russian
Federation, Sh.Battsetseg -- Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of
Cuba, A.Tumur -- Ambassador Extraordinary
and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Kingdom
of Thailand, T.Janabazar -- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary
of Mongolia to the Kingdom of Sweden, B.Dorj --
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Republic of Poland, as well as V.Enkhbold --
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and Permanent Representative of Mongolia to the United Nations.
