Four new imported COVID-19 cases confirmed

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. On March 21, four new imported cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed, making the total number of cases stand at 10.
“A total of 193 citizens are currently being monitored at the National Center for Communicable Disease.
Among them, 156 people who arrived in Ulaanbaatar on March 16 from Berlin on the government arranged charter flight to evacuate Mongolian nationals abroad, were under isolation. Four of them, including two men and two women, were tested positive for coronavirus,” said Director of the National Center for Communicable Diseases D.Nyamkhuu during the daily briefing held today at 11 AM.
Another three people on board the same flight from Berlin were diagnosed with the Covid-19 last week.
