Opening ceremony of Naadam Festival and wrestling tournament to take place at 13th Century Complex

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ It was resolved to celebrate the National Naadam Festival on July 11-12 across the country simultaneously in the capital city, aimags and soums. Deputy Prime Minister U.Enkhtuvshin previously informed that the Naadam Festival would be organized using technological advance without gathering large number of people.
Director B.Baatar was appointed as a general director of the Naadam Grand Opening Performance and it was planned to be held at “13th
Century” Complex Tourist Camp, which locates in distance of 90 km east from the
capital city, not at the Central Stadium.
The decision was made to avoid mass gathering and national wrestling tournament will take place at the
complex as well. A total of 512 wrestlers will participate in the wrestling
tournament of this year.
