Another 21 red deer calves relocated at Khantaishir Mountain Range

Gobi-Altai /MONTSAME/ A project on relocating red deer calves from Khustai Nuruu National Park in Tuv aimag to Khantaishir Mountain Range, western part of Mongolia, has been successfully realized for the third year.
21 red deer calves were transported to Khantaishir Mountain Range located in territory of Guu bariach bagh (smallest administration unit) of Khaliun soum of Gobi-Altai aimag on July 5 to relocate them.
In 2017, 10 red deer calves were relocated from Khustai Nuruu National Park to Khantaishir Mountain Range for the first time
with the aims of transfusing blood of red deer and raising them.
