Experiment conducted on virtual travelling

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. The Mongolian Tourism Association, in cooperation with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), conducted an experiment on virtual travelling in Dulaankhaan soum of Selenge aimag.
The purpose of the virtual travelling, which aims to support the livelihoods of local people and develop sustainable domestic and foreign tourism, is to provide tourists with the opportunity to experience Mongolia's natural beauty and historical monuments from anywhere in the world with the help of modern technology.
“Khuvchit num” cooperative was established in aims to develop this type of tour in Dulaankhaan soum. Tourists from the United States, Germany, the United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong, China took part in the experiment.
