COVID-19 recoveries increase to 260, no new cases reported

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. During the regular press briefing of the Ministry of Health which held today, Head of Surveillance Department of the National Center for Communicable Diseases (NCCD) A.Ambaselmaa reported that all test results of 441 people came out negative after tests carried out at three laboratories yesterday, August 5.
Moreover, 16 people who have been under treatment at the NCCD have made recovery and transferred to the next stage of isolation.
As of today, there are 293 confirmed COVID-19 cases recorded in Mongolia, of which 260 have made recovery and 33 people are under treatment now. 30 of the people undergoing treatment are in mild and 3 are in serious health condition.
