1,280-apartment complex in Orkhon aimag to be commissioned next year

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. On August 21, Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh got acquainted with ongoing development projects in Orkhon aimag.
A construction of 1,280 apartments with a total budget of MNT 12.5 billion is underway with 50 percent of completion and is expected to be commissioned in 2021, according to the representatives of the contractor company of the project. Furthermore, a wrestling palace and a recreation center will be built next to the apartment complex.
Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh also visited the construction site of an extension project of a secondary school in Orkhon aimag and a development project of 5 hectare- Erdenet’ garden park, both of which are being implemented with state budget funding.
