New head coach of Mongolian national football team appointed

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Slovak football specialist Rastislav Bozik who was appointed as the new head coach of Mongolian national men’s football team on September 16 has signed a formal contract with the Mongolian Football Federation (MFF) today.


UEFA Pro coaching licensed coach Rastislav Bozik previously worked as a coaching development specialist of the technical department of the MFF. Last year, Mongolian U16 and U19 football teams competed in the preliminary round of Asian Cup under his supervision.


Under its newly appointed head coach, the national team will participate in the preliminary rounds of World Cup and Asian Cup and the first round of East Asian Cup in 2021.
