COVID-19: 26 new cases detected, total reaches 608

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At today’s 11 AM pressing briefing by the Ministry of Health on the COVID-19 situation, Head of Surveillance Department of the National Center for Communicable Diseases A.Ambaselmaa provided updates on the latest test results.

26 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus among 1305 tested people since 17 PM of November 21, making the number of community infection cases in the country 172.

Total number of confirmed cases in Mongolia are now at 608 with 337 recoveries.  264 people are undergoing treatment.

As of today, 40 confirmed cases recorded in the cluster of Ulaanbaatar city, 77 confirmed cases in Selenge aimag, 20 confirmed cases in Darkhan-Uul aimag, 17 confirmed cases in Dornogobi aimag, 17 confirmed cases in Orkhon aimag and one confirmed case in Gobi-sumber aimag.
