Opening bell ceremony held for first asset-backed securities

On the occasion of the primary market opening of the first asset-backed securities listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange, Mr. Bayarsaikhan, Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Commission, Mr. Kh.Altai, Chief Executive Officer of Mongolian Stock Exchange, Mr. D.Amgalanbaatar, Deputy Director of ‘Invescor NBFI’ JSC, and Ms. G.Uyangakhishig, Chief Executive Officer of ‘Invescor Capital’ LLC visited the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE) and opened the 6388th securities trading of MSE by ringing the bell.
Invescor Active special-purpose entity is offering 10,000 securities (MSE:IABS) with par value of MNT 400,000, annual coupon of 14.4% and a maturity of 24 months and will raise MNT 4 billion.
Investors can subscribe for the securities during the period between January 13, 2021 and January 14, 2020, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm through their brokers.
