Mongolian football team to play against Japan in Chiba

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. The 7th qualifying match (Group F) of
the FIFA World Cup-2022 and the AFC Asia Cup-2023 was initially planned to be held in
Mongolia. But due to the outbreak of COVID-19, Mongolia’s State Emergency
Commission and the National Committee for Physical Culture and Sports decided
not to organize the international match in Mongolia.
Therefore, the Mongolia-Japan qualifier will take place on
March 30 at the 20,000-seat Fukuda Denshi Arena in Chiba, Japan. Before
this match, the Mongolian national team will play on a visit against the
national team from Tajikistan on March 25, reported the Mongolian Football
Federation.
