Export increase with Belarus discussed

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. On March 25, Minister of Foreign Affairs B. Battsetseg received Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus S.V. Chepurnoy. At the outset of the meeting, Minister B. Battsetseg briefed him on the Government’s objectives, actions, and efforts to prevent and combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
They also discussed cultural days and exhibitions for
entrepreneurs to be mutually organized in connection with the 30th anniversary
of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Belarus that
will fall in 2022.
Ambassador Chepurnoy briefed her on the progress
of joint projects being implemented under the General Export Loan Agreement
signed by the two governments in 2019.
The parties agreed to focus on implementing measures to
increase Mongolia’s exports.
