Regulation on requirements for Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers adopted

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. At the seventh meeting this year of the Financial Regulatory Commission (FRC) dated April 14, 2021, a total of 31 issues were discussed and resolved.
As part of the agenda, the Regulation on Defining Requirements for the Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers was adopted.
Within the scope of developing the real estate sector, the association had submitted a proposal - for cooperation and coordination of activities - to the FRC. Accordingly, the above-mentioned regulation for defining the requirement of the association was developed.
Adoption of the regulation provides opportunities to operate faster, cooperate with the FRC in the field of real estate brokerage according to related laws, provide technical assistances, and to conduct training for brokers.
