Deputy Governor holds virtual meeting with Trade Representative of Russia

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Deputy Governor of the Capital City J.Sandagsuren had a virtual meeting with Maksim V.Vasilev, Trade Representative of the Russian Federation to Mongolia.
Mr. V.Vasilev expressed willingness of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to strengthen cooperation with the Municipality of Ulaanbaatar city, putting forth a request to have virtual talks in the near future.
While inviting representatives of Ulaanbaatar city to participate in the International Industrial Trade Fair Innoprom 2021, to be held in Yekaterinburg city on July 6-9, the Representative mentioned the possibility of establishing a memorandum of cooperation during the event.
In turn, Deputy Governor J.Sandagsuren highlighted that Mongolia-Russia ties and cooperation have been developing successfully according to the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in addition to active cooperation between the cities, mutual experience sharing events and a number of tangible activities.
He then
voiced to study and support cooperation proposals made by the Ministry of
Industry and Trade and the Trade Representative Office of the Russian Federation
in Ulaanbaatar.
