COVID-19: 515 new cases, seven deaths reported

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/.  Daily COVID-19 press briefing for today, May 14, by the Ministry of Health, reported that 515 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded nationwide in the past 24 hours. In specific, 472 of the new cases were detected in Ulaanbaatar city and 43 in rural areas. 


In the country, 47,548 COVID-19 cases have so far been recorded. In the past 24 hours, 1,049 people were discharged from hospital, bringing the total number of recoveries to 38,330. 4,434 people are currently receiving treatment for COVID-19.


The Ministry of Health also reported that seven people died from COVID-19, taking the COVID-19 death toll to 200.
