Ringing the bell ceremony organized for 'Lend Bond’ offer commencement

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. The 'LendMN NBFI' JSC, a constituent in the Top-20 index, is issuing the 'Lend Bond' and the ringing the bell ceremony organized at Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE) on June 25.
In relation to this, Tserendash, Head of Securities Market Department of the Financial Regulatory Commission, A.Munkhbysgalan, Head of the Regulatory Department of Mongolian Stock Exchange, Odmaa, Chairperson of ‘LendMN NBFI’ JSC, and O.Boldbaatar, CEO of ‘LendMN NBFI’ JSC , and B.Ulziibayar, CEO of ‘Ulzii and Co Capital UTsK’ LLC participated in the opening ceremony of the subscription of the and rung the bell to open the 6,500th trading of MSE.
The "LendMN NBFI" JSC, a tier 1 listed company, is issuing the “LendMN Bond” offered to the public at MNT 100,000 nominal price, 14% annual interest rate, 2-year maturity and the total value of MNT 5.0 billion.
"Ulzii and Co Capital UTsK" LLC is serving as the lead underwriter with ‘Rhinos Investment UTsK’ LLC as the supporting underwriter. The primary market trading orders are being received through MSE member brokerage companies between June 25 and 30, 2021.
