1,439 new COVID-19 cases reported

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ 1,439 new cases of COVID-19 were detected from tests processed nationwide in the past 24 hours. 

 

855 of the new cases were recorded in Ulaanbaatar city and 584 in rural areas.

 

143,128 COVID-19 cases have so far been recorded in the country. In the past 24 hours, 3,347 people recovered, which brings the total number of recoveries to 118,219. 10,862 people are currently receiving hospital treatment for COVID-19 and 19,004 people with mild cases of COVID-19 are being isolated at home.

 

Four people died from COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, which brings the COVID-19 death toll to 707.
