Foreign Minister receives UAE Ambassador

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. On October 25, Minister
of Foreign Affairs B.Battsetseg received Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to Mongolia Abdullah Al-Tuneiji
at his request, and exchanged views on bilateral relations and cooperation.
During the meeting, their discussion touched on realization of agreement reached when Minister of Foreign Affairs B.Battsetseg and Minister of State for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates Reem Al Hashimy met during the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly on September 21.
Noting that Mongolia is to open embassy in Abu Dhabi soon, having appointed its first Ambassador to the UAE, Foreign Minister requested support for the embassy's activities.
She also extended congratulations to the UAE on successfully organizing the ‘Expo 2020-Dubai’ world expo.
