Prime Minister receives Russian Deputy Prime Minister
PoliticsUlaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. On November 26, Prime Minister L.Oyun-Erdene
received Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation V.V. Abramchenko,
who arrived in Mongolia to attend the 23rd meeting of the Mongolian-Russian
Intergovernmental Commission.
Prime Minister L. Oyun-Erdene congratulated on the meeting
of Mongolian-Russian Intergovernmental Commission being successfully organized in
Ulaanbaatar following the telephone conversation with Russian Prime Minister M.V.
Mishustin held on November 9, 2021.
Noting that the Mongolian side is attaching great importance
to the preparations for the upcoming visit of President U.Khurelsukh to Russia,
Prime Minister L.Oyun-Erdene said that Mongolia actively works to solve some
issues, accumulated in the bilateral relations. Mr. Oyun-Erdene said that in the new century of bilateral
relations, it is important to enrich bilateral cooperation with new content, in
particular to elevate trade and economic cooperation to a new level and launch major joint projects and programs.
Ms. Abramchenko thanked Prime Minister L.Oyun-Erdene for the
audience and reported about the issues agreed during the meeting of the
intergovernmental commission and the measures being taken by Russia for the preparation
of the visit of President U.Khurelsukh.
