COVID-19 vaccine starts being administered to children aged 5-11

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. In Mongolia, the vaccine against COVID-19 has started being administered to children aged between 5 and 11 years old from today, August 1, on a voluntary basis. 

There are about 500 thousand children aged 5-11 nationwide, of whom 25.7 percent are planned to be involved in the vaccination, reported Vaccination Department of the National Center for Communicable Diseases.
