State Visit of President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov Concluded

Ulaanbaatar, July 12, 2023 /MONTSAME/ The State Visit of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov to Mongolia at the invitation of the President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa was concluded on July 11.


Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia B. Battsetseg, Ambassador of Mongolia to the Kyrgyz Republic S. Gankhuyag and other officials saw off  President Sadyr Japarov at the "Chinggis Khaan" International Airport.


In adherence to Mongolia’s policy of actively developing relations and cooperation with the countries of Central Asia, the visit is considered significant for enriching the relations between the two countries with economic content, and for advancing the development of cooperation in the fields of transport, logistics, agriculture, light industry, and tourism.

 

During the Visit the Head of State of the two countries held official talks and the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov met the Chairman of the State Great Khural Zandanshatar Gombojav, and Prime Minister Oyun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai.


At the official talks and meetings, the two parties discussed enhancing relations and cooperation between Mongolia and the Kyrgyz Republic, the states that have deep historical and cultural ties in the Central Asian region, promoting dialogue, strengthening mutual trust and the legal basis of relations, and intensifying regional and multilateral cooperation.


"The 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries occurred in 2022, and within the framework of this visit, I believe that we could evaluate the past 30 years of relations and cooperation between Mongolia and Kyrgyzstan, as well as determine the perspective and roadmap for future cooperation," said President Khurelsukh after the official talks.
