Campaign to Provide Jobs for Seniors and People with Disabilities Launches

Ulaanbaatar, January 4, 2024 /MONTSAME/ There are 115,000 people with disabilities and 270,000 people over the age of 55 in Mongolia. “Zangia Portal” company yesterday launched the “Job for Every Citizen” campaign, with the aims of providing people with disabilities and seniors with jobs, restoring their right to work, and improving their capabilities as well as their quality of life.
As part of
the campaign vacancies available for people over 45 and people with
disabilities are announced through the zangia.mn site.
The company reported to be launching a program to train and develop foreign language speakers, having developed special categories in the site including “CAREERS IN ENGLISH” or vacancies for foreign language speakers.
Research shows
that people over 45 and people with disabilities are not employed due to a lack
of meeting certain job requirements. The “Job for Every Citizen” campaign will allow
them to be involved in 200 types of courses to acquire the skills required for
workplaces and have job specialization.
“Zangia
Portal” expects that their actions will lead partners of the “Zangia Portal”, at
least 10,000 entities to select people with disabilities and people over the
age of 45 for their vacancies.
