Chinggis Warriors Wins Second Place at XSE Pro League

Ulaanbaatar, August 8, 2024 /MONTSAME/. Mongolian e-sports team “Chinggis Warriors” won second place at the “XSE Pro League” Counter-Strike 2 tournament held in Xinzhou, China.


The tournament, with a prize pool of CNY 170,000, was organized by the “Xinsai Esports” organization and teams from China, Australia, Denmark, and Mongolia competed in the tournament. 


“Chinggis Warriors”, led by Temuulen Battulga with the nickname of “Zilkenberg‘, was directly invited to the playoff stage and won against “Steel Helmet” by 2-0, “Lynn Vision” by 2-1, and proceeded to the grand finals. The team played against the Chinese team “Tyloo” at the grand finals and lost with a 1-3 score. Namely, on the maps Anubis 3-13, Ancient 13-8, and Mirage 8-13.


Coming up in second place, the Mongolian team won CNY 30,000, while the Chinese team, led by Yang “JamYoung” Yi, won first place with a CNY 100,000 prize and a right to compete at the “XPL 2024 Final” tournament.
