Mongolian-German Joint Exhibition "THIS IS NOW" Opens

In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the Federal Republic of Germany, the Mongolian Union of Artists and the Der Ruhrländische Künstlerbund (RKB) jointly opened the "THIS IS NOW" Exhibition on August 29, 2024.
At the Opening Ceremony, P. Ganbat, President of the Union of Mongolian Artists, remarked, "With 80 years of history, the Union of Mongolian Artists has united over 700 artists. Today's "THIS IS NOW" Exhibition will shape tomorrow's history and pave the way for future collaborations."
The Exhibition features over 70 works by 23 artists, including 11 Mongolian artists who express their deepest desires and aspirations through art.
Cultural Envoy of Mongolia and Artist Ts. Gan-Erdene emphasized, "I am participating in "THIS IS NOW" with my work Water Drop. This Exhibition offers Mongolian and German artists a chance to explore each other's cultures and traditions while promoting Mongolia's nomadic heritage." Initiated by Ts. Gan-Erdene, the Exhibition, representing the collaboration of artists from the two countries, will be open until September 11, 2024.
